My Pack International is a UAE-based manufacturing and export company specializing in high-quality paper-based packaging products for the Gulf region. We produce premium PE-coated boards as well as high-end printed and die-cut paper cup fan blanks that are ready for direct use in paper cup manufacturing machines.
Our production capabilities include 15–18 micron PE coating extrusion on high-grade cupstock base paper ranging from 160–350 gsm, available in multiple sizes and quantities tailored to customer requirements. We are committed to delivering superior quality, precision finishing, and reliable supply to meet the needs of manufacturers across the Gulf markets.

PE Coated paper / products

  • Uncoated/base board of Cupstock: Since we have high volume regular consumption of cupstock base board to manufacture paper plates and for PE COATING extrusion we have very good relationship with our suppliers and can get very attractive deals in price/quality & can supply on regular basis.
  • 1/ 2 Side PE Coated Cupstock paper: We can offer our customers various gsm/size of roll width PE COATED raw material ready to print & die cut to manufacture Paper cups fans, we can do PE coating 15 & 18 Micron as per customer requirement also can provide bobins which used to manufacturing paper cup bottom we can guaranty our constant quality which is our strength.
  • Printed & die cut ready FAN (Ready to feed paper cup manufacturing machine): We have in house high quality printing machines which can print up to four colours as per provided PENTON or selected colours / as per customer provided design & we can die cut paper cup fans as per die line provided by customers and we ensure high quality end products.
  • Ready paper cups (In various types and sizes as per your design /layout) As having complete line from process of doing PE COATING extrusion on base cupstock to printing and die cutting we have complete control which ensure high end quality of end product we take step ahead and also provide customer ready paper cups as per their requirement details in various sizes from 2oz, 4oz , 6oz, 6.5oz 7oz, 8/9oz 12oz in different GSM as per PE coating requirement 15 or 16 micron.
  • Ready Soup Bowls (In different sizes & Layout /Design ) : We have different sizes machines to produce soup paper bowls which we can offer with paper/plastic lids and that can be customized in GSM/PE and design provided by customer.
  • Ready Paper plates (In different sizes & Layout Design) : We high quality machines to produce paper plate from 100% food grade virgin fiber board in high quality finish which can be chosen in different sizes packing also it can be print as per customer requirement.
